Terms of Service — Espada Mu 1. Acceptance of Terms Espada Mu (https://espada-legend.com/) provides its services under these Terms of Service («ToS»). «Espada Mu» means Espada Mu Ltd. and its affiliates (subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures). We may also say «We» or «Us». We may update the ToS at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Service after an update, you accept the new terms. Additional rules for specific services are incorporated into these ToS by reference. Governing law: Bulgaria (substantive and procedural), without regard to conflict of law provisions. 2. Service Description We provide online resources: communication tools, forums, trading, personalized content, and programs («Service»). New features automatically fall under these ToS. The Service is provided «AS IS». We are not responsible for timeliness, accuracy, deletion, misdelivery, or storage failures. You need internet access (your responsibility) and compatible equipment. 3. Registration Responsibilities By registering, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (b) keep it updated If your data is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete — Espada Mu may suspend or delete your account without obligation to you. For parents: Children under 13 using the Service must be supervised by you. 4. Refund Policy All virtual goods (webshop items, credits, coins) are digital products. No refunds after an order is placed. If you have delivery or technical issues — contact support. By making a purchase, you agree: refund requests will be denied. If you don’t agree, do not complete the payment. 5. Account & Security After registration, you receive an account and password. You are solely responsible for their confidentiality and all activities under your account. Prohibited: selling, transferring, or buying accounts or in-game resources (characters, items, credits, etc.). You must: (a) immediately report unauthorized use to Espada Mu (b) log out after each session Espada Mu is not liable for losses from your failure to follow these rules. 6. User Conduct You are solely responsible for any content you post (text, images, videos, etc.). Espada Mu does not control or guarantee the accuracy or quality of user content. You may encounter offensive material — Espada Mu is not responsible for it or any related losses. 7. Trademarks All trademarks, logos, and service marks belong to Espada Mu or third parties.
